For optimal results, the La Terre® Cosmetics makeup sponge can be used both wet and dry, depending on the type of finish desired:
Wet — For a natural, luminous look:
Soak the sponge in water and squeeze out the excess. It will double in volume, becoming softer and more elastic.
Apply a small amount of BB cream or foundation to the back of your hand or directly onto the sponge.
Gently pat the product onto your face, using pressing movements to achieve an even and streak-free effect.
Use the pointed tip for hard-to-reach areas (eye area, wings of the nose), and the rounded base for larger areas of the face.
Dry — For greater coverage and a more defined finish:
Use the sponge directly, without wetting it, to apply the product in layers and achieve more intense coverage.
Advantages: thanks to the thin silicone layer, the sponge significantly reduces product consumption and helps achieve a uniform and professional look, with a smooth and natural finish.
Recommendation: clean the sponge after each use and let it dry completely to maintain hygiene and optimal performance.
