Terms and conditions

By accessing, browsing and purchasing products from the website www.skinseen.ro , you agree to the terms and conditions of this document, with all legal effects arising from this acceptance.

The administrator of www.skinseen.ro reserves the right to modify this document at any time, without prior notice. Users will have permanent access to the updated version of the terms and conditions.

1. Intellectual Property

The content of the site (texts, images, code, logos, design, etc.) is the property of www.skinseen.ro and is protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation. The use of this content for purposes other than legal ones requires the written consent of the owner.

It is prohibited to tamper with security elements or copy content for commercial purposes without authorization.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with GEO 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, notifying the intention in writing to contact@skinseen.ro .

Exceptions:

  • Perishable or short-life products.

  • Sealed products, unsealed by the customer, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Returned products must be in original condition , with all accessories, packaging and related documents.

Return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are made within 14 days , depending on the original payment method.

3. Warranties and Compliance

The products are consumables and do not benefit from a commercial warranty . We guarantee that they are original products .

The legal guarantee of conformity applies (6–24 months), and the remedy will be made within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the notification of the non-conformity.

4. Payment Methods

Payment for products can be made through the following secure methods, through Shopify Payments:

  • Credit/Debit Card – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (where available)

  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

  • Bank Transfer (OP)

Transactions are processed securely, without additional fees. For orders under 50 RON, we may request payment in advance.

5. Delivery

  • Courier: Urgent Cargo

  • Standard cost: 17 RON

  • Delivery time: 48 business hours (extended depending on location or busy periods)

  • Delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control (weather, traffic jams, etc.).

6. Return Policy

The return is made within 14 calendar days, according to legal provisions, only if:

  • The products are not used/unsealed.

  • They are in the original packaging, with intact labels.

  • They are accompanied by the original documents.

Products that do not comply with these conditions will be refused .

7. Prices and Promotions

Prices are expressed in RON and include VAT. They do not include shipping. Promotions are valid while supplies last and cannot be combined with other discounts.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

www.skinseen.ro complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and is committed to protecting users' personal data.

The collected data is used exclusively for:

  • Billing and delivery

  • Commercial communications

  • Internal analysis

The data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except for courier companies for delivery.

Users have the right to request:

  • Access to personal data

  • Rectification or deletion thereof

  • Unsubscribing from our database via the dedicated link in the newsletter

9. User Liability

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. www.skinseen.ro is not liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of the account.

10. Applicable Law

Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and otherwise, in the competent courts at the site administrator's headquarters, according to Romanian law.

11. Other Mentions

  • The administrator reserves the right to change the structure of the site without notice.

  • Product information comes from manufacturers and is subject to change without notice.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging may vary.
