LIQUID HYDRATION

Liquid Hydrating is a silky facial toner with 5% Panthenol + Natural Hydrating Factors (NMF) to hydrate and soothe all skin types.

MAIN INGREDIENTS:

Panthenol (5%) - Pro-vitamin B5 is well known for its ability to hydrate, soothe and protect the skin's natural barrier. 5% is a concentration of proven effectiveness not commonly found in toner products.

NMF - short for Natural Moisturizing Factors, compounds naturally present in the skin, help to maintain the hydration of the epidermis (the upper layer of the skin). Amino acids (in this formula from rice protein), urea, PCA, PCA sodium, lactic acid, and diglycerin are all NMFs.

Allantoin - an indisputable cosmetic asset, recognized as a factor in regeneration, revitalization, soothing and protection of the skin, contributes to the synthesis of collagen, protects against irritating factors and works in synergy with Panthenol.
