How the program works :

When you refer a friend through the dedicated section on our website, you and your friend

Definitions:

Qualified Referral : A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made on skinseen.ro
by a person ("Referred Customer") who reaches our website by clicking on your link in
Refer-a-Friend program. You can only receive one Qualified Referral per Customer
Referred; in other words, additional/repeat purchases of a Referred Customer are not taken into account
considered as additional Qualified Recommendations.

Referred Customer : The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example,
by using a different email address).

Referral Rewards: For you to earn referral rewards as
Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order with a total value greater than 300
RON, excluding all other taxes and delivery costs (including taxes and/or other third-party fees).

Rewards: Rewards are received in the form of a unique discount code worth 15% for
each Qualified Recommendation.

Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to individuals only. The Refer-a-Friend Program
skinseen.ro cannot be used by affiliate companies.

Right to close accounts: skinseen.ro reserves the right to close the account(s) of any
Recommender and/or Recommended Client and to request the appropriate payment if the Recommender
and/or the Referred Customer attempts to use the skinseen.ro Refer-a-Friend program in a way
questionable or violates any of these Terms and Conditions or violates any law, statute or
government regulation.

Right to cancel the program or modify the Terms: skinseen.ro reserves the right to cancel
Refer-a-Friend program or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
